About Kakaw

Kakaw is a drink created by Noé and inspired in cacao seeds, due to their historical importance for Guatemalan Mayas.

The beverage is a fusion of espresso and mascarpone cheese, spiced with pepper, anise, cinnamon and clove, qualified with cacao, ground according to traditional methods from the Cobán region in our country.

Cobán is located about 130 miles away from Guatemala City.  It is a region widely known for its unique culture and excellent coffee, and it is also the place where Noé was born.
