Agrícola Mercantil Claima, was founded on 1999; its founding partner has more than 40 years of experience, producing quality coffee.

People from Huixoc Village, say that La Pastora was established as coffee plantation 50 years ago. At the moment, are planted different varieties: Caturra, bourbon, Mundo Novo and Arabic. Additional coffee, we also produce avocados.

La PASTORA, is a rectangular area, located at south of Huixoc Village. A combination of special soil, climate characteristics and a delayed harvest (at end of April), give us as result an extraordinary strictly hard bean coffee.
